salt and pepper
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
2 tbsp butter
3 tbsp sesame seeds
½ cup soft bread crumbs
Place
tomatoes halves in shallow baking pan. Add salt and pepper to taste. Blend cheddar cheese, butter, sesame seeds and bread crumbs. Broil tomatoes for 5 minutes. Top each tomato with 1½ tbsp cheese mix and broil for another
2-3 minutes.
