3 parts fresh spinach leaves
1 part iceberg lettuce¼ cup bacon bits
1 cup small curd cottage cheese
¼ cup cider vinegar
½ cup oil
2 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp poppy seeds
1 tsp grated onion
1 tsp dry mustard
Mix oil, vinegar, sugar, poppy seeds, onion and mustard in a mason jar and shake well. Store in fridge to chill for a couple hours. Prepare and clean 3 parts fresh spinach leaves to one part iceberg lettuce and toss with bacon bits and cottage cheese for salad. Pour chilled dressing on top and serve.
