Shake and Bake Mix - Michael Fletcher

2 cups flour                                          

1 cup yellow corn meal

2 tsp salt                                                               
½ tsp garlic salt
½ tsp celery salt                                  
½ tsp dried basil
2 tsp paprika                                       
2 tsp unseasoned meat tenderizer

Mix all ingredients well into a Ziplock Baggie or a Tupperware container.  When ready to use, place an amount into a bag and shake meat product in bag to coat (may use with chicken, pork or other meats).  Bake on a baking sheet.
