(My first quiche recipe, and still my favorite)
1 lb bacon
1 prepared pie crust,
deep shell
1 lb swiss cheese 3 eggs
1 pint whipping cream
1 pint Half & Half
salt & pepper
dash paprika
mushrooms
Brown
the bacon and crumble.
Put bacon and sliced mushrooms on the bottom of the pie shell. Chop Swiss cheese into cubes and put into
shell as well. In a bowl, mix eggs, whipping cream and ½ & ½.
Add salt, paprika and pepper.
Pour into crust over everything else and bake at 375º
until firm. Serve warm, but not hot.
