tbsp granulated sugar
1 tbsp ground allspice 1 tsp ground ginger
1 tsp salt
1 tsp ground cumin
1 tsp ground red pepper
1 tsp black pepper
Mix
all ingredients and store in an airtight container or jar. Stores up to 6 months. Makes about ⅓ cup seasoning. To use, sprinkle the mixture evenly over
meat, poultry or fish. Rub in with your
fingers. Grill as desired.
