Stuffing & Chicken Bake - Amy Seng

4-5 boneless, skinless chicken breasts            
1 can cream of mushroom soup
¾ cup sour cream                                                               
1-6oz pkg Stove Top stuffing, chicken flavor

Mix contents of stuffing mix pouch with 1 cups water and set aside.  Place chicken breasts in 13x9-inch baking dish.  Mix soup and sour cream together and spread over chicken.  Spoon stuffing evenly over the top.  Bake at 375º for 40 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.  (This is really good served with mashed potatoes and a vegetable like corn.)
