Sweet and Sour Sauce - Amy Seng

½ cup vinegar                                      
½ tsp salt
½ cup sugar                                         
1 tsp cornstarch
2 tbsp oil                                               
¼ cup catsup

Combine vinegar, salt, sugar and cornstarch.  Set aside.  Heat oil and pour in catsup, stirring lightly.  Add set aside ingredients.  Stir until thickens and boils, then it is ready to serve.
