Swomitra’s Curry Shrimp - Michael Fletcher

small onion                                          
2 tbsp olive oil
4 cloves garlic                                      
½ tsp ground ginger                            
1 can diced tomatoes                        
1 tsp salt
1-2 tsp curry powder                          
1 tsp chili powder
1 lb shrimp                                                           

Heat Olive Oil.  Grind onion, garlic and ginger into a paste.  Fry the paste in the oil. (Be careful not to burn the paste).  Quickly add can of diced tomatoes.  Add salt, curry, and chili powder.  Add shrimp.  Serve over rice.
