Three Cheese Ball - Mark Seng

8oz cream cheese                                
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
⅓ cup blue cheese                              
1 tsp minced onion
5oz hickory smoked flavor cheese  
2 tbsp minced parsley
2 tbsp whipping cream      

Combine cheeses and cream in mixing bowl or food processor.  Cream until mixture is smooth and well blended.  Add Worcestershire sauce, onion and parsley mixing well.  Cover and chill overnight.  Shortly before serving, shape mixture into a ball.  Serve on a bed of shredded lettuce if desired.
