1 pkg elbow macaroni
1 large can cream of mushroom soup1 large onion, chopped
1 pkg frozen peas (optional)
salt & pepper to taste
12oz cheddar cheese, cubed
2 cans tuna, drained
2 tbsp lemon juice
paprika to taste
Prepare
macaroni as per package instructions. Chop onion, drain tuna, and cube the cheese. Mix soup, tuna, cheese, onion, peas (if desired), into drained macaroni. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Add 2 tbsp lemon juice and a few shakes of paprika. Stir well, and heat until cheese starts to
melt. Sprinkle with paprika and serve.
