White Bread - Evelyn Nuffer

(I remember Mrs. Nuffer getting up in the morning to make this bread, there would be several loaves on the counter and the house smelled great!  The recipe she gave me says you can cut this recipe in half to reduce the number of loaves it makes, as well as you can substitute whole wheat flour if you want.)

5 cups warm water                             
2 tbsp yeast
2 tbsp salt                                             
cup oil
cup sugar                                         
approx 12 cups flour

Proof the yeast in the warm water with sugar.  Add salt, oil and then flour gradually.  Bake at 350ยบ for 45 minutes in larger bread loaf pans or for 30 minutes in smaller ones.
