½ cup parmesan cheese
1 tbsp margarine, softened
3 tbsp mayonnaise
3 tbsp green onion, chopped
⅓ tsp salt
dash Tabasco
Place
fillets in a single layer on a well oiled baking pan. Combine remaining ingredients. Spread evenly on the fillets. Broil the fish from 6 inches of the broiler
source of heat for approximately 10 minutes or until the top is lightly browned
and the filets flake easily when tested with a fork. Be careful not to broil too close or the
topping will burn easily. Serve with
buttered noodles or rice pilaf.
