1 tbsp instant onion
1-3oz pkg cream cheese
1 envelope sour cream sauce mix
¼ cup milk
1-3oz can chopped mushrooms
1 tbsp parsley
2 cups chopped cooked turkey meat
1 can cheddar cheese soup
parmesan cheese
Cook
manicotti shells in salted water for 15-20 minutes. Combine onion and 2 tbsp water to reconstitute and let stand
5 minutes. Stir cream cheese, sour cream mix and milk together.
Add onion, chopped mushrooms and parsley. Salt & pepper to taste. Add turkey and stuff shells. Arrange stuffed shells in baking dish. Mix cheese soup with 1 soup can of milk. Pour over the manicotti and then sprinkle
with parmesan cheese. Bake at 350º for 40-50 minutes.
