Zucchini Brownie - Charlene Fletcher

(the recipe card only says this came from an old Amish woman in Lock Haven, PA)

6 eggs                                                    
1 tbsp vanilla
4 cups sugar                                         
4 cups grated zucchini
1½ cups shortening                            
½ cups flour
¾ tsp salt                                              
2 tbsp baking powder
1 cup cocoa                                         
1½ tsp cinnamon
2 tsp baking soda                                               
1 stick margarine
4 tbsp cocoa                                        
6 tbsp milk
1 box powdered sugar (10X)            
1 tsp vanilla
 
Cream eggs, vanilla, sugar, shortening and zucchini.  Set aside.  Sift together flour, salt, baking powder, cocoa, cinnamon and soda.  Mix well with wet mixture and spread into lightly greased cookie sheet or jelly roll pan.  Bake at 350º for 30 minutes.  Melt margarine with 6 tsp milk, 4 tbsp cocoa and bring to boil.  Stir in powdered sugar and vanilla.  Spread over brownies while still warm.
