2 cloves garlic, chopped
½ cup onion, chopped
16oz processed cheese sauce
½ tsp salt
⅛ tsp cayenne pepper
⅛ garlic powder
1-10oz pkg frozen broccoli, thawed
¾ cup milk
½ cup bread crumbs
¼ cup parmesan cheese
tsp paprika
Preheat
oven to 350º. Slice the potatoes ¼ inch thick and place with garlic and onion in a saucepan.
Cover with water and bring to a boil.
Cook 10-15 minutes or until tender.
Drain. Combine cheddar cheese sauce, salt, cayenne, garlic powder, broccoli, milk and bread crumbs. Arrange half of the potatoes and garlic in a
2 quart baking dish. Pour half of the
cheese mixture over the potatoes. Repeat
the process with the other half of the potatoes and sauce. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese and paprika.
Bake uncovered for 25-30 minutes or until bubbly. (note: processed cheese sauce is usually
found in the grocers near the spaghetti sauces and other prepared sauces)
