Chili - Ruth Fletcher

2 cans chili beans                                               
1-2 lbs beef cut into small pieces
1 green pepper                                     
1 can tomatoes
4 large onions, chopped                    
chili powder to taste

Brown meat with onions in skillet, add tomatoes and let it slightly boil for time enough to let meat cook until tender.  Chop green pepper small and add.  Add beans and chili powder and simmer.
