Chocolate Fudge - Barbara Seng

6oz unsweetened chocolate                              
12oz chocolate chips
1 pint marshmallow cream                               
1 tbsp vanilla
4 ½ cups sugar                                    
⅛ tsp salt
2 tbsp butter                                        
1 tall can evaporated milk
2 cups chopped nuts
 
Cut chocolate into pieces.  Place chocolate, chocolate chips, marshmallow cream, vanilla in a large bowl and set aside.  In a heavy saucepan, mix sugar, salt, butter and milk.  Bring to a full rolling boil, stirring constantly.  Continue boiling, stirring occasionally for six minutes.  Pour over chocolate and marshmallow in larger bowl and stir until all is completed blended and melted.  Quickly add chopped nuts.  Pour into an ungreased 9x13 pan.  Chill until firm
