Cream Cheese Frosting - Mark Seng

8oz cream cheese                                
1 tsp vanilla
1 cube margarine                                
1 lb powdered sugar

Soften cream cheese.  Mix all ingredients together and beat until smooth and creamy.  Great on carrot cake!
