Cream Puffs - Mark Seng

1 cup flour                                           
4 eggs
1 cube margarine                                
1 cup water

Let water and butter come to a boil, then add flour quickly and mix.  Cool.  When cooled, add eggs one at a time, beating well, with a fork, after each one.  Drop batter on a greased cookie sheet in shape of a puff.  Bake at 450º for 25‑30 minutes. or until golden brown.  Let cool and fill with chocolate pudding, whipped cream, tuna salad or egg salad.  You may frost them also or sprinkle with powdered sugar.
