Cream Puffs - Mary Ann Gilchrist

1 cup boiling water                             
1 cube margarine
1 cup flour                                           
¼ tsp salt
4 eggs                                                    
1 pkg instant vanilla pudding
1 pkg Dream Whip                             
½ cube melted margarine
4-5 tbsp cocoa                                    
1 pkg powdered sugar

Melt 1 cube of margarine in 1 cup of boiling water.  Add 1 cup flour and salt to the boiling water.  Stir vigorously until thickened into a soft ball that clings together and away from the pan.  Cool for about 5 minutes.  Stir in 4 eggs one at a time, beating well after adding each.  Drop batter by tablespoonful onto a greased cookie sheet.  Bake at 450º (make sure its hot!) oven for 15 minutes.  Lower heat to 350º for 35 minutes.  Turn off oven.  Split puffs and return to oven to dry until its cool.  Prepare the vanilla pudding as per instructions and add Dream whip.  Fill each  puff with pudding mixture.  Mix melted cube of margarine, cocoa, powdered sugar and enough hot water to make a spreadable glaze.  Spoon over the cream puffs and chill.
