Danish Hamburgers - Ruth Fletcher

1 lb ground beef                                  
1 tbsp flour
1 tsp salt                                                               
⅛ tsp pepper                                        
1 small onion
2 eggs
½ cup milk                                           
1 tbsp butter

Add salt, pepper, and flour to ground beef and mix well.  Add the onion (grated), eggs, and milk, mix well again. Melt butter in hot skillet.  Spoon mixture into skillet into golf ball sized drops and fry until done.
