Debbie’s Marshmallow Cookies - Charlene Fletcher

1 cup shortening                                 
2 eggs
⅔ cup cocoa                                        
1 cup milk
2 cups sugar                                         
2 tsp vanilla
1 tsp baking soda                                               
3½ cups flour
1 tsp salt                                                               
1 bag marshmallows

Mix shortening, eggs, cocoa, milk, sugar and vanilla.  Add soda, salt and flour.  Bake at 375º for 8-10 minutes.  Take out and stick one marshmallow in the center of each cookie.  Bake 5 minutes more.  Cool .
