Dipped Chocolates - Barbara Seng

1 can condensed milk                        
1 tsp vanilla
1 stick butter, softened                      
4oz angel flake coconut
2 lbs powdered sugar                         
3½ cups ground nuts
1 pkg chocolate chips                        
1 small piece of paraffin wax

Mix everything except chocolate chips and paraffin.  Chill the mixture and shape into small balls and chill again.  Melt chocolate and wax over warm water.  Use toothpick to dip candy into melted chocolate.
