1-14oz can sweetened condensed milk
¼ cup lemon juice
1 tsp vanilla
1 cup butter or margarine, softened
½ cup tightly packed brown sugar
½ cup flour
1 cup whole oats
Combine
well milk, sour cream, lemon juice, and vanilla and chill.
Cream together butter and brown sugar until fluffy. Mix flour and oats together and then add to butter, brown sugar
mix and blend together. Spread onto
lightly greased round cookie sheet or pizza pan, forming a high edge. Prick with a fork, and bake at 350º for
10-12 minutes or until lightly, golden brown.
Cool completely. Spread the
chilled milk mixture over the oat crust and layer with fruit. Orange slices, banana slices, green and red grape halves, strawberry
slices and kiwi slices.
