1 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp flour
1 small onion diced
salt & pepper to taste
3 tbsp water
3 tbsp vinegar
3 medium potatoes, cooked & sliced
parsley
Fry
the bacon in a skillet.
Remove from skillet and crumble bacon, set aside. Combine sugar, flour, onion, and salt and pepper. Stir in the skillet with the bacon drippings
on medium heat. Gradually add water and
vinegar. Heat and stir until slightly thickened. Add sliced potatoes and parsley.
