2 tbsp sugar

tsp onion powder
4½ tsp dried thyme 1 tbsp ground allspice
1 tbsp black pepper
1½ tsp ground red pepper
1½ tsp salt
¾ tsp ground nutmeg
¼ tsp ground cloves
Combine
all ingredients and transfer to an airtight container or jar. This will store at room temperature for up to
6 months. Make ½ cup of seasoning. To use, sprinkle on chicken pieces, or any other meats, poultry or
fish. Rub with fingers and grill.
