Minty Chocolate Mix - Evelyn Nuffer

(We have done this one as well for Christmas as gifts in mason jars.  I like the minty flavor it adds)

½ cup white butter mints                   

1 large can instant hot cocoa

In a blender, put in half of the cocoa mix and the mints.  Bland thoroughly until the mints are powdered.  Mix well with the remaining cocoa mix.  Follow directions of cocoa mix and serve…..Great at Christmas time!
