chicken breasts, sliced very thin      
celery, sliced on a diagonal
green onions, sliced                            
canned water chestnuts, sliced
canned bamboo shoots                     
mushroom, fresh or canned
snow peas                                            
chicken broth
cornstarch

Amounts on these items will vary based on personal taste and quantity of people being served.  This is simply stir fried chicken with vegetables.  Mix 1 tbsp of cornstarch for every cup of chicken broth.  Mix in while broth is cold, make a paste and then thin with remaining broth.  This will thicken as it heats with the chicken and vegetables.  Serve over warm rice.
