1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1½ cups onion, chopped
¾ cup flour
1 tbsp butter
1½ tsp baking powder
¼ tsp salt
½ tsp salt
¼ tsp pepper
¼ cup oil
1 large tomato, diced
3 eggs
1 tsp dried basil
1 cup milk
Sauté
ground beef and onion in skillet over med-high heat until meat is
browned.  Drain grease and add ¼ tsp salt
and pepper.  Coat a 10 inch pie pan with
no-stick spray.  Turn cooked meat and
onions into pan. 
Top with tomatoes, then the cheese and
basil.  Measure flour, baking powder, ½
tsp salt, oil, eggs and milk into a blender.  Process till smooth.  Pour mixture over meat mixture in pie
pan.  Place pie pan on a baking sheet to
avoid spillage and bake at 400º for 30 minutes or until golden brown.  Let stand 5 minutes before cutting.
