Pumpkin Seeds - Nancy Fletcher

2 cups pumpkin seeds                       
2 tbsp butter, melted
1 tsp salt

Mix pumpkin seeds with butter and salt.  Spread on shallow baking pan and bake in 250º oven for about 30-40 minutes or until crisply brown.  Stir occasionally so seeds don’t scorch.  Better if you don’t wash seeds, just pry away the fibers right after you scoop them out of the pumpkin.
