Southern Corn Bread - Michael Fletcher
1 cup yellow cornmeal
1 cup flour
½ tsp salt
4 tsp baking powder
1 egg
¼ cup oil
1 cup milk
Mix all well and bake in lightly greased pan at 425º for 20-25 minutes.
