Zucchini Bread - Mark Seng

2 cups sugar                                         
1 tsp baking soda
1 cup oil                                                
1 tsp salt
3 cups flour                                          
1 tsp vanilla
3 eggs                                                    
1 tsp baking powder
2 cups grated zucchini                       
½ cup milk
⅔ cup chopped nuts           

Blend together sugar, eggs, oil and zucchini.  Add flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt, milk and vanilla.  Blend thoroughly.  Stir in nuts and pour mixture into 2 greased regular size loaf pans.  Bake at 325º for about 1 hour.
